Quinn Field-Dyte
Position: President, CEO and Director
Mr. Field-Dyte has over eight years of experience in the financial services industry having served from 1996 to 2004 as an investment adviser and later as a consultant to Raytec Development Corp. From 2004 to 2010, he was involved in the interactive entertainment industry, working at Electronic Arts Inc. (EA Games) and cofounding Embassy Interactive Games before returning to the financial industry in 2010. Mr. Field-Dyte currently sits on the board of multiple publicly traded companies. Mr. Field-Dyte was appointed as President and CEO of the Corporation on March 29, 2016.

Konstantin Lichtenwald
Position: CFO
Mr. Lichtenwald specializes in providing corporate finance, valuation, taxation, financial reporting, consulting and other accounting services to both small businesses as well as public commodity resource companies. Mr. Lichtenwald also assists in many aspects of clients' administration, financing and other activities. Mr. Lichtenwald also worked at Ernst & Young GmbH, Germany, in the assurance department. Mr. Lichtenwald earned his bachelor of business administration degree from Pforzheim University, Germany, and holds the professional designation of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), where he is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of B.C. and Canada. Mr. Lichtenwald has had extensive experience as a controller and CFO of numerous publicly traded and private corporations in several industries.

Fred Archibald
Position: P.GEO, APGO, OGQ Project Manager
Mr Archibald has over 36 years¹ experience in geological and geophysical techniques for the exploration of precious and semi-precious minerals and industrial minerals. He has served as project manager on several multi-million dollar exploration projects. Founded the Leadbetter diamond deposit in Wawa, Ontario, Canada. Was past mines inspector for the Ontario Abandoned Mines Project (AMHAP), and was instrumental in the discovery and development of the Vermiculite Archibald Occurrence near Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.​​
Daniel Kelly
Position: Consultant
Mr. Kelly is a geological engineer with over 15 years experience as an independent consultant for planning, supervision of mining exploration projects. He is an expert on the Abitibi region of Quebec where the vast majority of his career has been spent. He is the geologist in charge of the fieldwork on Vantex's Galloway project.​
Dale Hendrick
Position: Consultant/Advisor
Mr. Hendrick is a prominent Canadian mining consultant with more than 50 years of experience as a director of public resources companies and in the financing, exploration, development and operation of base and precious metals, natu​ral gas, coal and uranium. He is principal in Dale M. Hendrick Associates in Toronto, a firm he established in 1989, which provides consulting services to mining companies around the world. Mr. Hendrick has spent more than 50% of his mining career working in the Pre Cambrian Shield of northern Canada centered in the Rouyn-Noranda area.​
